Mr Barrell has been a member of the Parish Council for many years. With Cllr Sadler, he represents the views of the Parish Council on the Norwich Airport Joint Consultative Committee, where he is able to apply his knowledge, gained over many years, of the aviation world. He also serves the Council on the Highways Committee.

Cllr Cheryl Doy

When Mrs Doy is not being a busy home-maker and mother, she works at two part-time jobs. For many years, she was involved in the village Play School, at the Village Hall. Keen to take an interest in all aspects of the Council's work, she is a member of the Planning Committee and Chairman of the Amenities Committee.

Mr Fitt has served the parish council for many years and was first elected Chairman in May 2005. He occupies a managerial post with National Grid Gas. He played a leading role in the development of Greg's Meadow after it was acquired by the parish.

Cllr Bob Manning

Bob was co-opted in August 2007 following a shortfall in candidates for the election in May.
He runs his own gardening and nursery business and is a member of the Highways Committee

Cllr Jack Sadler

Mr Sadler is the most senior member of the Parish Council, both in terms of age and of service. As part of a long life dedicated to public service, he has chaired the Parish Council. He now represents the Parish Council on the Airport Joint Consultative Committee, sits on the Police Advisory Committee, and is a past President of the Norfolk County Association of Parish and Town Councils (NCAPTC) (whose Chain of Office he can be seen wearing in the above photograph).He is the Chairman of our Highways Committee.

Mr Ward is the latest member of his family to sit on the Parish Council. During his lengthy tenure, he has been Chairman for a number of years, and in May 2005 was elected Vice-Chairman.
