PRIVATE HIRE
Spixworth Village Hall is managed by a committee of trustees and elected user group members. Their responsibility is to ensure that the hall runs effectively, is well maintained, suitably equipped, clean and meets the required standards.
The Village Hall complex consists of the main hall with stage area. This has sufficient space for up to 150 people and can be laid out to any requirement, from an informal gathering to a full wedding reception. In addition, there are two smaller rooms which are also available for hire. The premises are fully accessible with sufficient parking for up to 50 vehicles.

MAIN HALL
From 6pm onwards- £159 plus bar hire if required.
Saturday/Sundays- 9:00am-5:00pm-£135 plus bar hire if required.
Saturday/Sunday- Full day hire 9:00am-Midnight-£195 plus bar hire if required

Social Club/Bar
The Village Hall complex has an independent, licensed bar provided through the Social Club. If, for your function, you would like the use of the bar the connecting doors will be opened providing access through the lounge bar. There is an extra charge of £35 to be paid direct to the Social Club for use of the bar.
PLEASE NOTE that the Social Club has a responsibility to make sure that no alcoholic drinks are served or consumed by persons under the age of 18 years as this could jeopardize its Licence. Please be aware that the Bar Staff will ask for ID.
Hall and out of Hours Contact
Please contact the parish clerk in advance of the function date to agree the times, the clerk will arrange for the Caretaker to unlock and lock the premises or to arrange the handover of a key for you to use and on its return the damage deposit cheque will be shredded or sent back.
Following your function, the Village Hall Management Committee expects the premises to be left in a clean and safe condition. Any damage must be reported to the parish clerk.
